I have been coaching physicians and healthcare leaders since 2021 when I became a certified physician developmental leadership coach through the Physician Coaching Institute in Seattle, WA. I furthered my training and became an Associate certified coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in 2023 .

My coaching programs are guided and influenced by the competencies and ethical framework of the International Coaching Federation and tools and training from the Physician Coaching Institute in Seattle, WA. Mindfulness training is an option in all my coaching programs.
I have developed a signature program for emerging leaders that are new to leadership or ready to take their leadership to the next level.
The program foundation is the four practices of the emerging leader model which addresses centering to self-care, establishing boundaries, finding joy and flow in work, and outlining a leadership journey to develop a balanced and centered emerging leader.
I offer shorter coaching programs that focus on improving work-life balance and resilience, improving communication and collegiality, and introductory coaching for emerging leaders.
Finally, I offer individual or group coaching for healthcare leaders, emerging leaders, trainees, and to promote diverse leaders within organizations.
