I have been coaching physicians and healthcare leaders since 2021 when I became a certified physician developmental leadership coach through the Physician Coaching Institute in Seattle, WA.
I furthered my training and became an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in 2023 .
My coaching provides a safe and confidential space where we are peers --you are the expert in YOU and I utilize coaching skills and tools to move and transform you in your life and career journey.
I have over 30 years experience as a pediatric physician and executive leader including community board work, volunteering, and fund raising for children.

My coaching programs are guided and influenced by the competencies and ethical framework of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and tools and training from the Physician Coaching Institute (PCI) in Seattle, WA. Mindfulness training is an option in all my coaching programs.
My coaching philosophy centers on four practices of the emerging leader which focuses on: centering to self-care,
establishing boundaries, finding joy and flow in work, and outlining a leadership journey to develop a balanced and centered emerging leader.
I have developed a comprehensive signature leadership development coaching program for emerging leaders that are new to leadership or ready to take their leadership to the next level.
I also offer shorter focused coaching programs on improving work-life balance and resilience, improving communication and collegiality, introductory coaching for emerging leaders OR you can create your own personalized coaching program.
Finally, I offer group coaching for healthcare leaders or multidisciplinary teams.
